Leather Handles for Tote Bags (with leather thonging attachment)

* 2 genuine leather bag handles for bag making projects -
made from vegetable tanned Italian leather cut to size and finished with 2 holes on each to tie on the leather thonging
* 4 lengths of matching leather thonging
* 4 leather 'washers' to go inside your bag for strength

Each strap is 80cm (31 1/2") long x 2cm (3/4") wide and is 3mm thick.

All the leather we use is a by-product of the European food industry and comes from Italian or Belgian tanneries. Where possible, we use vegetable tanned leather which is preserved with botanical extracts from Mimosa, Québracho and Chestnut barks. Vegetable tanning is a slower, kinder means of production that has less impact on the environment, and results in a stronger leather where the fibres of the original skin are preserved.
